Jelly Yeet! is a fun arcade game where you use a stick to launch a bouncy jelly creature from your garden into the skies, even space. That sounds easy and all, but to get spectacular lengths you need precision timing and to make the most out of every bounce along the road.
Each turn begins with a force meter. If you stop the meter at the right moment, the hit will be stronger and the character will have a head start. You can even slam mid-air after flying into the air to keep your momentum, with trampolines and teleportation gates to continue your quest.
The real kicker of Jelly Yeet! is its shockingly physics-y engine. The jelly character can bounce on bouncy surfaces, hit flying items and go through teleportation gates. Each collision might affect the velocity and you can fly further if done right.
Throughout your adventure you can earn coins to enhance your hit power, bounce and mid air impact. Also there are tonnes of amusing jelly skins and unique sticks to unlock in the game. The idea is to beat your score each turn and set your own distance record.
On PC, stop the meter by pressing the left mouse button or the Space key and tap your character to fly. While your character is in the air, push again for the hit. You can only use this ability once per round, so choose your opportunity wisely.
On mobile, tap the screen to do similar things. Try out bounceable surfaces and see if you can get your character through teleportation gates to increase distance.
Hit the sweet spot: The first hit you make well will give you a big advantage for the rest of your trip.
Use the trampoline: Attempt to bump into elastic surfaces to get additional bounce.
Get your time right for the slam: time your slam is important to keep up the momentum and make your flight go far.
Focus on upgrades: Power, bounce and slam force are the key for long term results.
Collect coins: Collect coins on the flight path to unlock improvements and new goodies.
