Goose Cup is an international competitive game of keepy-uppy. Your objective, simple in theory, hard in practice: keep the ball away from the ground for as long as possible. Every goal scored adds points to the chosen country and then to the overall score on the world scoreboard.
Choose your favourite country at the start of the game and get stuck into the keepy-uppy challenge. Your task is to prevent the ball from touching the ground by kicking it anytime it enters the active zone of the player.
The more you play consistently, the more points your country earns. For a kick to count, the ball must be in the player's active zone. The active zone can be the player’s head, chest, knees or feet depending on the ball’s position.
As soon as the ball is in the right zone, kick and get ready for the following touch. Follow the ball intently and wait until it gets into the right active zone before you kick it. If you tap or click too early, the ball may not be close enough yet. If you tap or click too late, the ball may hit the ground before the player can make contact.

Focus on the Ball
Your first target is always the football. Don't worry about the score or the leaderboard when you're in the middle of a long run. One missed kick might ruin an otherwise great streak.
Don’t Rush to Hit Print
If you press before the ball gets to the active zone, you can miss the kick. Instead, keep your eye on the ball and wait until the input is close enough to register.
Create a Rhythm
You’ll discover that successful juggling becomes easier when you find a steady rhythm. Watch the ball’s rise and fall and anticipate its next position and plan your input accordingly. With practice, your responses will become more natural.
Prepare for Increasing Speed
Don’t assume that the timing that was right at the start will be right throughout the whole run. The faster the ball comes, the less time you have to respond and the more you have to concentrate on the path of the ball.
Go for Perfect Hits
Regular kicks will help you keep your streak, but perfect hits can give your score a big boost. When you are good at keeping the ball up in the air, then start working on your timing for each kick.
